adverb
A word that can be used in conjunction with a social verb to modify its meaning; often ends in -ly, though not always (examples: happily, boredly, sadly, impatiently, almost; usage: impatiently tap my foot).
Alice
The client used on Internet Explorer to play Castle Marrach.
alt
An abbreviation for alternate character.
alteration
The system currently used in Castle Marrach to create and modify items is called the 'alteration system.' The process of using this system is called 'alteration.'
alternate character
A secondary, tertiary or other character not mainly played by a player as opposed to another of that player's characters (e.g. if Sarah plays the characters Mary and John, but plays Mary more, then her 'alternate character' is John). This is also often used to refer to any of a player's characters.
assist
1. A request for assistance to help resolve large problems (e.g. movement commands are not working), to report when someone is violating Skotos' Terms of Service or when an OOC question is desperately needed to be answered (e.g. can't figure out how to move around).
2. The command used to file an assist.
awakener
A character appointed to a position whose purpose is to help new characters and new players.
